-30 Wind Chills in Plains
If you've noticed our U.S. Advisory Map (PREMIUM | PRO) turning pink today, that's because of the Wind Chill Advisories that have been issued for the Northern Plains. Now, they are used to cold temperatures and colder wind chills out there, so when you see an advisory for them you it's no joke.
