"SNOWFALL AMOUNTS HAVE YET TO BE DETERMINED IN MOST AREAS... GENERALLY SPEAKING... THE HARDEST HIT AREA WAS WEST OF A LINE FROM GREELEY...TO KEARNEY... TO PHILLIPSBURG KANSAS. IN THIS AREA... BLIZZARD OR NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE MUCH OF THE DAY... DESPITE RELATIVELY LITTLE ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL... WINDS WILL GUST OVER 55 MPH AT TIMES... RESULTING IN DANGEROUS WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS."
