25+ Above Normal, Near 80 in KY
UPDATE: 81 degrees was the highest temperature officially measured in the Northeast quadrant of the country today. The reading came from several cities in Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana. Here in State College, PA, we topped out at 71 degrees. I guess this is what 70 degrees with snowcover looks like:

Spring is invading the Northeast today and the temperatures are incredible.

As of 2 PM, we're seeing 70's as far north as Michigan and southern Pennsylvania.
