2 Feet of Snow, 75 MPH Winds
Some folks in Ontario will get over two feet (60 cm) of snow by this weekend, according to AccuWeather.com forecasts.
NOTE: This map was updated late Wednesday to reflect a new forecast. The original is here.
But it's already getting nasty up there. Canadian expert Brett Anderson (PREMIUM | PRO) reports that heavy snow moved through Churchill, Manitoba yesterday, combining with wind gusts to 75 mph to create blizzard conditions and Realfeel temperatures near 0 F (near -16 C).
Unfortunately for snow lovers here in the U.S., most of the model hype from earlier this week has turned slushy; predictions of snowflakes as far south as Alabama and Georgia have moved north to the Virginias.
