100 MPH Winds in Kansas
According to the StormMatrix, a Skywarn Spotter 9 miles east-northeast of Larned, Kansas reported 100 mph winds Saturday night with 6 inch diameter tree branches down. A tornado was also reported in the city of Larned.
Overall, hail was the main report, with over 120 spotter reports filed. The largest hail reported was 2.5" in diameter in Clarksville, Arkansas. A radio tower was blown down in Blanchard, Oklahoma.
