Oregon got pounded again on Wednesday, with over 6 inches of rain falling in some locations, according to the National Weather Service precipitation estimates below. Note that in the last 7 days, over 15 inches of rain has fallen in localized areas (see WA & OR maps). Go back 30 days and it's off the charts.

In Spokane, Washington, it was the wettest month in history, according to the NWS:

Here is a listing of 30-day rainfall totals in Oregon, where the total exceeded 250% of the normal rainfall.

LAUREL MTN: 54.86" / 286%
DETROIT: 34.79" / 259%
ASTORIA: 26.89" / 285%
SALEM: 18.76" / 325%
HILLSBORO: 15.27" / 265%
VANCOUVER: 14.45" / 253%
PORTLAND AIRPORT: 13.52" / 268%

Northern California and southernmost Washington State were also hit on Wednesday; 4.5" of rain was measured by a storm spotter near Alturas, CA.

Idaho was also hit with heavy snow:
