Springlike conditions in store for New England Patriots' victory parade Tuesday
Rare February warmth is in store for spectators and participants in the Patriots' victory parade in Boston on Tuesday.
Heavy coats and snow boots can be left at home with balmy temperatures forecast and no snow to speak of.
Fans heading to the parade route early in the morning may have to contend with areas of fog.
While icy spots are not expected in the city, there can be a touch of freezing drizzle in the distant northern and western suburbs in the morning.

Temperatures will climb into the lower 50s F around the start of the parade during the late-morning hours and may reach the upper 50s before its conclusion. At this level, conditions will be 20-30 degrees above average for early February.
Fans spending time in the city during the evening should expect some chilly air to settle in. However, the next storm and its rain are forecast to hold off until late Wednesday night. That storm may bring spotty ice well north and west of the city.
Much colder weather is not forecast to return until this weekend.
