The wild times previously predicted are coming to pass. Sandy's center was about 20 miles northeast of Wildwood, NJ as I was recording this, perhaps 10 miles offshore from Sea Isle City. Enjoy that snow along the spine of the Appalachians the next 24-48 hours. One concern, it might be a little winder than we think across parts of the Southeast. Also, the next storm to deal with should reach the southern Plains this weekend.
