Answer: Probably. I think this is the best chance of severe weather that we've had in our backyard this year. The SPC has a 5% Tornado Risk out just west of us, which for Pennsylvania, is pretty good.
The SPC has issued a Slight Risk for the whole state, no Moderate, which was disappointing, and they aren't being too optimistic, saying "ACTIVITY MAY REMAIN INTENSE AS FAR EAST AS OH/WESTERN PA AND WESTERN WV BEFORE WEAKENING THIS EVENING." Henry's hyped though, I'd say a 7.5 out of 10 on the Hype scale so far. I tell you what though, rapidly rising dew points (65 as of this writing), an expected high near 90... that ought to do it.
