Webcams Show Snow in Central PA
UPDATE 5 PM: I don't know how much we've got here in State College (I'll find out when I go out do run the snowblower for the second time) but it's coming down hard and getting difficult to drive in (and impossible to take some video while driving). The roads have not been treated or plowed since early afternoon. 322 looks to be snowcovered northbound and at a standstill southbound. Shot below from the cam near the "220" symbol on this map.
UPDATE 12PM: Roads are bad across the area. On Route 22 at Chickaree Mountain, I observed several trucks off the road, traffic was stopped completely for a minute.
Usually it's around 30 degrees here when it snows and unless it's really coming down hard it's not that big of a deal, but I at 15 degrees you don't have ANY melting that you usually do around here due to friction, and salt isn't working.

Here's a snapshot of the 8 AM Radar - note that, because the State College local radar is out (click for updates from the government) Central PA may appear to have less snow than it actually does.
