Lockport, NY: 17.0"
Williamstown, KY: 16.0"
Erie, PA: 13.5" (SM)
Milan, IN: 13.5"
Buffalo, NY: 12.1" (SM)
Franklin, IN: 5.5" (SM)
Fairplain, WV: 4.2"
Lille, ME: 4.0"
This means that over 17" fell in a line from Kentucky through Ohio and into New York state.

According to AccuWeather.com RadarPlus, the storm is still cranking this morning, with a strong low pressure area over the southern Appalachians, heavy snow from Georgia to Canada, and heavy storms on the East Coast.
