O.T.: Silly Rabbit, Pigs Can`t Fly

In January I was dumb enough to make a blog entry about having "bought" a new house, after the deal was "final" but before I had set foot in said house. Well, turns out due to a technical error by the real estate company, it's a different type of house that requires a different type of loan... so POOF goes the contract and the house. Oh, cruel real-estate market and loan approval process.

But cry not for me, Argentinian Blog Readers, for I am now dumb enough to share with you my NEW plan, which is to regroup, improve my credit score, qualify for a higher loan, and buy "another" bigger and better house (no pictures this time until I move in, I promise). I had originally planned to move in April, this will obviously be delayed, but I still hope to move in early Summer.
