12:30 PM UPDATE: Blizzard warnings have expanded back to southwestern Pennsylvania and have been issued for the mountains of North Carolina; the NWS is quoting the possibility of 70 mph winds in Asheville with lake-effect snow.

11AM UPDATE: Snow list updated, we now have over two feet in West Virginia and nearly that in Maryland. Temp is dropping rapidly here in Central PA, we lost 2 degrees in the last 15 minutes. The Nor'easter is rapidly deepening; pressure has fallen from 30.12" to 29.09" in the last day at Atlantic City, NJ (this is considered "rapidly falling" over 0.03" per hour - you may be able to hear your ears pop because of this) and it has even fallen to 29.48" here in State College.
