Airport observations indicate that a thin line of freezing rain exists north of the rain/snow line. Here are the highest snow spotter reports by state as of 9 AM Central, I will update this when more reports come in.
Osbourne County, KS: 12.5"

Omaha, NE: 3.6"
Springfield, IL: 3.0"
