HYPE: GFS Nola Hurricane, CMC 5 Storms

The models are really picking up on Hurricane season today... now I'm no Brendan Loy but the GFS does have a Category 2 Hurricane hitting New Orleans on August 23rd...

And the Canadian (CMC) model shows no less than FIVE (probably tropical) storms in the Atlantic on August 15th! Because we are a commercial organization, we're not allowed to show the CMC maps that far out, but here's a map of 72 hours out and here are the locations of the storms at 114 hours out:

1. Central Gulf
2. Between Bermuda and Miami
3. Off the Newfoundland Coast
4. Middle of Hurricane Alley
5. African Coast

Another sure sign that Tropical season is upon us... Meteo Madness Man (PREMIUM | PRO) is drinking loads of coffee!
