California 700% Above Normal Rainfall
Parts of California are running 700% above their normal rainfall so far this year.
And there's more on the way. The storm is taking a more westward track than previously forecast. Western Expert Paul Yeager (PREMIUM | PRO) points out that will lead to warmer weather which will cause additional snow melting, furthering the flooding problems.
