Blogitis: Comcast, Warm Weather
BLAME GOES TO COMCAST, INC. & WARM WEATHER
I currently have cable Internet service at home from Comcast, Inc., which took over Adelphia, Inc. which went bankrupt after taking over Excite @ Home, which went bankrupt after taking over AT&T Internet. Through all the years, there have been frequent disconnections, slow service, and outages lasting as long as four months. Despite all the takeovers, Pennsylvania seems to suffer through a large number of service interruptions and this weekend was one of them. It was finally resolved Sunday evening, but then comes the second excuse.
I didn't see how I could avoid taking advantage of the warm weather, it being Sunday and all, with highs yesterday in the 60s (officially 61, 24 degrees above normal). So I was outside much of the day, raking leaves, adjusting and repairing Christmas decorations, and moving some solar lights to a new bathroom location for My New Dog [JessePedia].
I'll be off from work next week, which means no J-CAM, but I'll still be blogging, with the possible exception of Christmas Day.
