    Early morning draft map for snow timing and amounts. The likelihood of heavy snow changing to rain has increased for I95 cities from Philadelphia to Boston. The westward shift suggests heavy snow will extend back to the middle of Pennsylvania then northeast to all of Vermont.

    How can it rain Boston the day after freezing rain, sleet and snow hits South Carolina? The answer: temperatures are above freezing just off the Virginia coast. As the storm moves up the coast, that warmer air will circulate around the east and north sides of the storm.
