		Safety Tips

Ensure you have the correct gear for the surfaces you plan to ride on. Wear the correct clothing to ensure you can keep your core temperature warm enough in colder months and cool enough in hot weather. Consider riding into the wind for the first half of your ride, which will give you a tailwind for the last half of the ride when you may be getting tired.

		- Stay hydrated.
- Ensure you have the right tires for the surfaces you'll ride on.
- Wear the best gear to keep your core temperature stable.
- Wear sunscreen.
- When dealing with wind, try to spend the first half of the ride cycling into the wind and the second half riding with the wind.
