Be sure to check the travel requirements for the airline you are flying with, or even the bus that you will be riding on. You don't want the inconvenience of having to change things between bags or even remove items and leave them behind because your bag weighs too much.

Instead of folding your clothes and putting them in your bag, try rolling them up tightly. You can even use rubber bands to keep them together when loading and unloading. This will help free up some space in your bag for other things.
