Over the high tides (23:15 on 19/12/2025 and 11:30 on 20/12/2025), water will be high up banks near Houghton Bridge, Amberley and near St Edmunds Cottage, Houghton. Impacts in Arundel are not likely. Only a small amount of rain is forecast over the next 5 days. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce in Pulborough by 15:00 on 20/12/2025. We are closely monitoring the situation .
