Rain overnight tonight will cause river levels to rise tomorrow morning, Saturday 19th July 2025. Flooding is possible when river levels are at their highest. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Rags Brook; Nazeing Brook; Small River Lee; Theobolds Brook; Cobbins Brook; Small River Lee; Turkey Brook; Salmons Brook; Pymmes Brook; Ching Brook. Further rain is forecast for Saturday, and flooding is possible throughout the day. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. We will continue to monitor the situation and this message will be updated by 11:30 AM on Saturday 19th July 2025, or as the situation changes.
