What: Total snowfall amounts are expected to range from near 10 cm toward the shore of Lake Superior, including the City of Thunder Bay, to 15 to 30 cm for areas inland and over the higher terrain. Reduced visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. When: Continuing through Friday morning. Additional information: Northerly winds gusting 50 to 70 km/h are resulting in blowing snow. The combination of heavy snow and blowing snow may result in near zero visibility at times. Total snowfall accumulations may exceed 30 cm over the higher terrain north of Lake Superior. Conditions will improve from west to east through Friday morning. ### Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
