Potential hazards include: - Rainfall rates of 30 mm per hour or higher. - Wind gusts to 90 km/h or higher. - Up to dime-sized hail. Locations: western and northern New Brunswick. Time span: continuing into the late evening and after midnight. Remarks: Some of the thunderstorms that develop have a slight potential to produce a tornado mainly across Madawaska and western Restigouche counties. ### Utility outages are possible. Heavy rain can cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.
