Mild temperatures this morning will give way to falling temperatures throughout the day, as colder air floods across the area. The strong winds will diminish from west to east this afternoon. Parts of southeast Saskatchewan will see reduced visibility in blowing snow this afternoon as well. ### Local utility outages are possible. Driving conditions will likely be difficult.
