Remarks: A frontal system is bringing significant rain to the region. Heavy rain will continue today with freezing levels reaching 2500 metres near midday Monday. Gusty southeasterly winds will shift to southwesterly near midday today. Rain will ease this afternoon as the system moves off. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
