  • Big Storms Tonight and Tomorrow Night, Then Colder

    March 24, 2015; 7:00 PM ET

Round one of severe weather is underway; round two will be bigger and badder tomorrow. Some areas will see a risk for flooding as well. Behind the storms, colder air will return and this weekend looks quite cold for March.

  • Severe Storms And Soakings, Then Colder

    March 23, 2015; 7:00 PM ET

There will be two waves of severe storms west of the Mississippi through midweek, Wednesday's should be the worst. Parts of Kentucky may be re-soaked this week, too. After that, unseasonable cold will flood the Southeast.

  • Severe Threat, Then Colder

    March 22, 2015; 7:30 PM ET

It looks as though the potential severe storm threat will be one big story this week. The other will be a much colder air mass coming in later this week.

  • Wet/Active Pattern Continues, Cold Blast Late Next Week

    March 21, 2015; 11:00 PM ET

It looks as though the current round of soakings will mostly be beneficial going forward. We may not be so lucky next week and our first decent severe weather outbreak of the year may come at midweek. Unseasonable cold looks to hit late next week.

  • Soggy Stormy Stretch Continues

    March 19, 2015; 7:15 PM ET

Another moisture-laden storm will cross the South over the weekend and cause more soakings and a few thunderstorms. Cold air will become more entrenched next week.

  • Wet Spell Getting Underway

    March 17, 2015; 10:00 PM ET

The next several days look unsettled and cooler than the last several. That is, unless you're in Florida, which will remain largely immune.
