Phoenix police have arrested a man on suspicion that he obtained images of children being sexually exploited. Yesterday, police served a search warrant at the home of 61-year-old Robert Carrillo, and found a large number of those images. Carrillo was subsequently arrested and charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
