Inches of rain have fallen in the last few hours from Del Rio, Texas east to San Antonio. Rain has fallen at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour, leading to flooding concerns.
Severe weather and drenching downpours will affect parts of the Plains and Midwest over the Memorial Day Weekend.
