Severe Weather Alerts - Saint-Hubert, Quebec

    • Snowfall Warning

Snowfall Warning in effect until Tuesday, 7:45 AM EST. Source: Environment Canada

Snow mixed with ice pellets, with a total accumulation of between 15 and 25 centimetres expected.

A system from the Eastern Seaboard will bring heavy snow to a number of regions of Quebec on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Snow, at times heavy, will begin to fall in Southern Quebec on Tuesday morning and will then spread toward the central and eastern regions of the province in the afternoon. The snow could change over to ice pellets in some areas. Snowfall amounts will vary depending on the amount of ice pellets.

Weather conditions will improve on Tuesday evening in the southern and central regions of the province; however, snow, at times heavy, will continue to fall on Wednesday in the Lower St. Lawrence and along the North Shore.

Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
