Breezy northerly winds of 10 to 20 mph remain Monday especially along and east of the I-35 corridor and Coastal Plains. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 20 percent this afternoon and again Monday afternoon. Poor overnight recovery with the humidity rising only to near the 25 to 35 percent range. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
