to 80 mph, nearly 200 hail reports to 3 inches in diameter, and 25 tornado reports were received Thursday by the National Weather Service. Four people were injured in Fillmore, Missouri when a tornado destroyed four homes. CNN reports that fires broke out after the storms in Kansas.

Counting overnight activity, a total of 284 Severe Thunderstorm Warnings and 60 Tornado Warnings were issued yesterday.
