On the Road Saturday and Tuesday

A reminder that I will be on the road to (and from) North Carolina on Saturday and Tuesday, so I may not blog on those days, though I'll have broadband the rest of my vacation time, so I'll check in. My wife, step-daughter and I are visiting my Mom, who still lives where I grew up in Boomer, NC. We're taking the dog, so we expect at least a 10-hour trip. You may see us sometime this weekend on Mom's weather cam.

I'm taking my camera and hoping to get some interesting pictures of some sort; if so I'll post them here.
