AccuWeather.com Weather Photo Gallery photographer uniq_photo, a.k.a. Eugen Efrim, took these excellent photos of flooding in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova today, several of which I have highlighted below. RadioFreeEurope says the flooding has stranded 1,400 people and 130 villages are without power in neighboring Romania.
