Flooding in South Carolina Again

Less than a week after the historic flooding in South Carolina, more rain (up to 3 inches according to radar/gauge estimates from the last 12 hours) is falling this morning, triggering flood warnings and reports. Read more in our news story.

The Rocky Branch creek rose about 9 feet suddenly this morning, flooding Main Street as it did last week. Here's a GIF of the USGS webcam there:
