Extremely Dry March in the East
It has been extremely dry March in the East. This drought is record-breaking -- you aren't supposed to see this little precipitation in any month in these areas. Tampa, Florida hasn't even received any measurable rain at all! Only one other March in history was this dry in Tampa.
