Easter 1976 NE Heat Wave Led to May Snow

I've got a long day of yard work ahead of me while it's sunny and warm here in Central PA, so here's something to chew on.

I talked yesterday about the current impressive heat wave in the Midwest and Pennsylvania, in fact I have updated that report with some more amazing stats. But this heat wave can't hold a candle to the one in 1976...

Did you know? MeteoMadness Man was sweatin' at the altar while getting married in Philadelphia that weekend. But here's the interesting thing... Joe Bastardi mentioned on one of his Pro videos the other day that this heat wave was followed by a "snap" back to cold weather in May -- so cold that it snowed here in State College in the middle of the month. Could that happen again this year?
