Another Weather Station Goes Online

Not much new to report on Ophelia... the Wilmington Star says that 200,000 were without power overnight and 80,000 still were at midday Thursday. The WWAY-TV Photos are incredible, if you haven't seen them yet.

Earlier today I helped Elliot Abrams get his Davis Vantage Pro weather station uploading to his website this afternoon. That's two weather stations online* in State College in the last week! :)

Elliot may be a Senior V.P. at AccuWeather but he is a weather geek at heart. He took a cloud shadow photo at the beach on vacation this year, then I did the same thing a month later, before seeing his photo. Coincidence? I think not!
