Animal shelters around the metro Atlanta area need your help to "Clear the Shelter" Saturday, and they're waiving fees for many of the poor pets who need forever homes.
"We are currently housing over 1,100 homeless dogs and cats at our DeKalb and Fulton County shelters, so adoptions are crucial to saving lives," LifeLine spokesperson Karen Hirsch said.
