Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals are expected to range from 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts of 5 inches particularly across central Puerto Rico. Elsewhere, expect rainfall amounts around 1 to 2 inches. Due to already saturated soils and rivers and tributaries running above normal values; the threat for flood continues at least through Friday.
