An unsettled pattern starts taking shape for us as we kick of the workweek. Shower and thunderstorm coverage is up for us with some isolated stronger storms and heavier downpours likely for the evening time frame so your p.m. commute could be a messy one. Afternoon highs will climb to around 90 across the interior with shower and storm coverage in the 50 percent range. Things calm down overnight under mainly cloudy skies with lows in the low 70's.
