A Heat Advisory is in effect for the northern tier of our viewing area including Alachhua, Marion and Flagler Counties until 8 o'clock this evening. Heat index values will run between 105° and 111° so try to take it easy if you have to be outdoors today. All of us will climb into the mid to upper 90's for actual afternoon high temperatures.
