Potential wind gusts: easterly 60 to 80 km/h, shifting to northwesterly 100 to 130 km/h, with the strongest gusts expected along the coast. Time span: tonight until Tuesday morning. Remarks: After an initial period of snow tonight, precipitation is expected to change over to rain Monday morning. Ice pellets and freezing rain may occur during the changeover. Rain will change back to a brief period of snow Monday evening and be accompanied by very intense northwesterly winds.
