Rising river levels today may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible on 01 December 2025 . Locations most affected will be the New Forest tributaries of the Avon between Fordingbridge and Ringwood. Further rain is forecast tonight. Levels in the main river remain normal but are rising. We are closely monitoring the situation . Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car . This message will be updated by 4:10PM on 02 December 2025 or as the situation changes.
