Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Tropical Depression 32W passes southwest of Guam, surf conditions are expected to deteriorate along south facing reefs firsts then east reefs and eventually west reefs.
