Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Confidence in wind gusts exceeding 50mph has decreased but the window of opportunity for wind gusts up to 50mph continues through early this morning. Such strong winds can result in downed tree limbs and scattered power outages. Therefore, we will maintain the high wind warning until the threat ends. Gusty winds reaching up to 30 to 40mph will continue through the day today which may result in additional impacts. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
