Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong front will push into the southern half of the panhandle through Wednesday morning, bringing a long duration of strong wind gusts up to 50 mph for Prince of Wales Island through the majority of Wednesday. The strongest wind gusts, up to 60 mph, are expected through 3 pm Wednesday. Forecast challenge for Prince of Wales Island will be the duration of the strong winds and the warning for Prince of Wales Island could be extended further into Wednesday evening as the front stalls over the area.
