For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 PM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...For the High Surf Advisory, there is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Large breaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats near shore. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tide around 7 feet (MLLW) is expected to occur between 7 AM and 11 AM. There is a high risk for breaking waves at Morro Bay Harbor entrance and flooding at Oceano Dunes State Park. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
