Numerous roads and streets adjacent to the river are closed including South River Road on the south side of Janesville, several blocks of Joseph and Charles Streets, a portion of Main Street, and North Loop Road at Traxler Park. The on-ramp to Memorial Drive is closed as is a portion of Riverside Drive. Traxler Park off of Memorial Drive in Janesville is flooded and closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Saturday was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 12.2 feet Saturday, April 25.
