Standby Signal, No.1 was updated at 10:45 a.m. on 25 September Here is the latest Tropical Cyclone Warning Bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The Standby Signal, No. 1 is in force. At 11 a.m., Tropical Storm Ragasa was estimated to be about 590 kilometres west of Hong Kong (near 21.6 degrees north 108.5 degrees east) and is forecast to move west at about 18 kilometres per hour crossing the coast of Guangxi towards the northern part of Vietnam and weaken gradually.
