Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Following the moderate to heavy rainfall at times that moved through on Sunday, a strong system on Monday will bring with it strong winds and more moderate to heavy rainfall. This will result in continued risk for elevated streams and the potential for minor flooding.
